1. Provider and scope
The provider is Leon Koopmann, In den Fuhren 20, 29646 Bispingen, Germany, email: wuchtapp@gmail.com. These terms concern wucht.app, account.wucht.app and the WUCHT app insofar as they are incorporated for the relevant use or before a contract is concluded.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Information about personal data is provided in the privacy policy.
2. Development status and services
WUCHT is in development and is not yet generally available to the public. This website presents the development status and planned features. Design previews use example data and may differ from a later app version. No specific launch date is promised here.
The app supports training plans, set logging and progress analysis. The available scope depends on the released version. A test enquiry is non-binding and does not guarantee test access.
3. Free core and WUCHT Plus
A free training core is planned for launch: plan creation, set logging and progress analysis. The local core does not require an account. WUCHT Plus is intended as voluntary support for continued development.
No paid contracts or trial subscriptions are entered into on this website. For a future store offer, features, total price, billing period, any trial and cancellation terms will be shown before you order.
4. Account and access
An account is intended for optional online features. Use an email address you can access, keep credentials confidential and contact us if you suspect misuse. Do not include credentials or recovery codes in support messages.
Local training data normally remains on your device. Check an available backup before changing devices or deleting local data. See support and account deletion for more information.
5. App-store purchases
If WUCHT Plus is offered in your app version, purchases use Google Play or the App Store. The prices, applicable taxes and store role shown before your order apply. No specific price or free trial is promised on this page.
Additional store terms apply to payment processing through that store. They do not limit mandatory claims against the relevant contracting party.
6. Duration and cancellation
The billing period, any renewal and next payment date are shown before a store purchase and in subscription management. You can cancel renewal there. Statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected; these terms do not establish any automatic fixed renewal term deviating from those rights.
Deleting an account does not automatically end a store subscription and does not require prior cancellation. Manage an existing subscription separately in Google Play or your Apple ID subscriptions. Cancellation is distinct from withdrawal or a refund request.
7. Right of withdrawal
For a distance contract concluded with us that is subject to a statutory right of withdrawal, you may withdraw without giving reasons within fourteen days of concluding the contract. Inform Leon Koopmann, In den Fuhren 20, 29646 Bispingen, Germany, email: wuchtapp@gmail.com, through an unequivocal statement such as a letter or email. Sending the statement before the deadline is sufficient.
You may use the model below, but it is not mandatory. If the store is your contracting party, also use the withdrawal or refund route stated on your receipt. We can help identify the appropriate route. No contract requiring payment is concluded on this website.
If you validly withdraw from a contract with us, we reimburse payments received from you for that contract without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your withdrawal. We use the same payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, and do not charge reimbursement fees.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal or compensation for services already supplied can arise only under the statutory conditions. Merely using a trial does not by itself end withdrawal rights or create a proportionate payment claim. Before any paid offer, information applicable to the specific contract must be provided separately.
8. Model withdrawal statement
To: Leon Koopmann, In den Fuhren 20, 29646 Bispingen, Germany, wuchtapp@gmail.com.
I hereby withdraw from the contract I concluded for the following service: … Ordered on: … Name: … Address: … Date: … Signature: … (only for statements sent on paper).
Send the completed statement by post or email with the subject Withdrawal. Never include complete payment details or passwords.
9. Statutory rights and liability
Statutory rights concerning defects and statutory liability rules apply. These terms do not limit liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, assumed guarantees or other mandatory liability.
No particular training, health or body-change outcome is promised. This does not affect statutory responsibility for properly delivering agreed services.
10. Training and medical distinction
WUCHT is a training companion, not a medical service. Recommendations do not replace medical advice or a personal technique assessment. If you experience pain, illness or other health concerns, seek qualified advice and do not continue a demanding exercise solely because an app recommends it.
11. Changes and consumer rights
Development-status information may be updated. Changing this website does not by itself amend an existing contract. Changes to digital services and terms are subject to statutory requirements, including any required information, consent and cancellation rights.
German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection in your country of habitual residence remains unaffected. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
12. Updated and contact
6 September 2026. For questions about these terms, contact wuchtapp@gmail.com.
